Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most common questions about how Runora runs your outbound, sending limits, and what you need to bring.
Runora is an AI-powered outbound engine. You define your offer and target market, upload your leads and set safe sending limits. Runora then generates short, personalised emails and sends them from your own domain in controlled daily batches.
No. The idea is the opposite: you create campaigns in a simple form, upload your CSVs and monitor results. There are no complex multistep builders or sequences to wire up in the first version.
Yes. You connect a sender identity and Runora sends using your own domain or mailbox, honouring the daily and hourly limits you set so that your domain stays healthy.
Runora enforces per-campaign, per-sender and per-domain caps. If bounce rate for a campaign creeps above safe thresholds, it is automatically paused and you can review what happened before resuming.
For this first MVP, yes. You upload CSVs with at least an email column (optionally company, name, website, country). Over time we plan to add more enrichment and data source integrations.
Yes. Agencies can create separate campaigns for different clients or offers. Each campaign has its own targeting, lead lists and sending limits so you keep things organised.
No. What we guarantee is a working outbound engine: emails go out according to your limits, replies are surfaced, and you can see what is happening per campaign. Results still depend on your offer, list quality and market.
You can always reach out via the contact form or email us directly. For larger or more complex setups we usually start with a short async conversation and, if needed, schedule a quick call.
